The Arrival Hub is located within the AELTC Wimbledon Park area adjacent to Gate 4 where guests can collect their suite lanyards.
From the Arrival Hub, signage and Lavazza hostesses will direct you, on foot, to Gate 4.
Lavazza hostesses will be stationed between the Arrival Hub and the gates to help with directions or to answer any questions.
Buggies will be available for guests with mobility requirements.
Please be prepared to have your bag searched on entry to the Grounds.
You will not be permitted to take in any prohibited items.
Left Luggage is located within the Arrival Hub in Car Park 5. Please note that bags deposited should be no bigger than 60cm x 45cm x 25cm/24” x 18” x 10” (aircraft cabin size). Items are charged at £1 each for all bags. All bags will be searched before being accepted into the left luggage facilities.
All Left Luggage locations close one hour after the end of play: unclaimed items will be transferred to the Lost Property office and must be collected before the end of The Championships.
The staggered start times for Centre Court (1:30 PM) and No.1 Court (1:00 PM), introduced in 2021, will be maintained and will continue through to Finals weekend. During the Finals, play on Centre Court will begin at 1:00 PM with the Men’s and Women’s Doubles Finals, followed by the Men’s and Women’s Singles Finals starting at 4:00 PM.
Remember to switch your phone or tablet to silent and please ensure your flash is disabled.
There are no supporting rails in tiered sections of the stands so please be particularly careful in these areas.
You may only enter or leave a court at the change of ends or between matches, not during a game
Please do not make any noise during a rally.
Please applaud the players, but do not clap for a net cords or double faults.
Please do not bring glass containers or uncorked bottles into the stands on court.
The dress code is smart casual in all hospitality areas.

Southfields Station (District Line) is a 15–20-minute walk from the Grounds.
Wimbledon Station (District Line/South Western Railway/London Trams) is a 20-minute walk from the Grounds. Please note this route involves a steep hill.
Wimbledon Park Station (District Line) at 25-minute walk to the Grounds.
There is a dedicated Championships bus service from Wimbledon station going to and from the Grounds during the event. Single fare is £4.00; return fare is £6.50. Return buses leave from Car Park 1 on Somerset Road. Please note that the 493 TfL bus service is redirected during The Championships via Bathgate Road, Queensmere Road, Parkside and High Street Wimbledon in both directions.
Shared taxi services with fixed fares operate from Southfields Station (return taxis to Southfields and central London from Wimbledon Park Road – exit via Gate 1) and Wimbledon Station (return from Somerset Road rank – exit via Gate 12).
If you are planning to travel by private taxi or Uber, please ask us for a digital drop-off pass to gain entry to the Arrivals Hub area. This will be emailed to you and can then be shown on arrival.
A Championships Park and Ride service is available at Morden Park (located on the A24, postcode SM4 5QU) charged at £20 for standard cars/minibuses or £10 for fully electric vehicles.
It is open from 6.30am - 11pm, with the last bus leaving the AELTC at 10pm, or at 10.40pm if there is late play on Centre Court or No.1 Court.
Pre-booking is possible but not required.
Bicycle parking for either personal or hire bikes is available in Car Parks 6 and 10 and is free of charge. Bikes left at other locations may be removed. All bicycles are left at the owner's risk.

Please note that Church Road is closed between 9am - 11.30pm and only vehicles with access passes will be granted entry.
Private cars and chauffeurs will need to access the site via the Southern end of Church Road (P5 on the map). They should then make their way to the drop off point in Car Park 5. Once guests have exited their vehicles the drivers are required to leave via the Northern end of the site (P8 on the map).
At 3.30pm, the route will be ready for pick-ups. Chauffeurs and private taxis will be required to enter via P8 and exit via P5. There will be a holding point for cars in Car Park 8, we ask that guests call their drivers when they have left the site, and the cars will then be let through to the pick-up spot in Car Park 5.
There is a waiting time limit of 20 minutes in the holding area of Car Park 8. Chauffeurs and private taxis should not enter P8 until collection is imminent as they will be moved on and have to negotiate the one way-system to return to the P8 entrance.
For those who do not have a parking pass but are arriving by private taxi or chauffeur car, please request a digital drop-off access pass from your Suite Host. This will be emailed to you and can then be shown on arrival to gain entry.
Please note, if you have a pre-paid parking pass, you can continue straight on to Car Park 5.
Please follow signed routes to car parks, rather than sat nav directions in order to avoid delays.
The Guest Arrival Hub is within the AELTC Wimbledon Park area adjacent to Gate 4 where guests can collect their suite lanyard or tickets. Guests can also return here at the end of the day to be picked up.
Pease note that your ticket will be available at the Arrival Hub, therefore you will not receive it by email.
You will receive all the information by email 48 hours before the day of your visit. We remind you to bring your ID document with you to show to our hostesses at the Hospitality Hub.

Depending on the court, some matches may be interrupted. In this case you can wait for the match to resume or go for a walk in the stadium.
We advise you to check the weather forecast before you come to decide what to wear.
Bulky accessories (e.g., camcorder, umbrella, motorcycle helmet, etc.), consumables (alcohol, glass containers, drugs, etc.), individual means of transportation, fan items, firearms, dangerous substances, and any sharp objects are prohibited. Animals are also forbidden except for guide dogs for visually impaired people.
As a reminder, only bags with a capacity of less than 15 liters are allowed in the stadium. All other luggage and prohibited objects must be deposited in the locker nearby the Hospitality Hub.
